DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte

I just can't help it! I just get a craving this time of year for a cozy, tasty coffee time. After spending about $5 on every single latte, I decided there had to be a better way, so I decided to make my own!

Pumpkin Spice Lattee


This recipe is super simple and really tasty.

All you need is:

  • 1 cup Brewed (strong) coffee
  • 2 tbsp Canned (organic) pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup or Honey
  • 1/3 cup Mylk of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Salt
  • Optional adaptogenic powders/ supplements

Make sure your coffee is really hot! Otherwise the cooler ingredients will make your beverage a warmer room temperature. You can always reheat this in a pan on the stove, or heat up your milk beforehand.

I really like adding some adaptogens/ mushroom powders/ other goodies to the mix to get a little something extra! I use these.

 Combine all ingredients and blend on high for about 10 seconds! Top with cinnamon! It's that easy.
