Shipping + Processing Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (meaning Monday-Friday)(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Rabbit Brush is not responsible for potential delays due to postal office errors, high volume of orders, or other issues that are beyond our control.
Rabbit Brush Goods is just me, Ruby, I am the sole employee. We keep regular business hours, and take weekends off. When you pay for express shipping, that is the guarantee of the postal services timing, not ours. I appreciate your patience and understanding that I do my best to get packages out to customers in a timely manner, but sometimes things are out of my control. I appreciate you :)

International shipping varies from country to country. It ranges from $13.54-$22.80+
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me, Ruby, at rubyoland@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
