Exchange/ Return Policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method. Store Credit and Refunds are solely issued if due to faulty product or extreme dissatisfaction.

If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover shipping costs by providing a prepaid label, and a full replacement/ exchange. Cost of shipping back to office is the responsibility of the customer if the exchange is related to scent option or personal preference.

We will ask you to ship the product back to us at 1313 Acequia Borrada, Santa Fe, NM, 87507. Once you notify us that you have shipped the item, we will refund you in full or ship out your replacement product(s).

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have original undamaged product packaging
  • Returned items must have most of the product left, (ie. a minimal amount used)
